TECHNICAL INFORMATION
1-Material Selection: Signal and direction posts are typically made of durable materials such as steel, aluminum, or fiberglass. The choice of material significantly influences the posts’ durability, weather resistance, and longevity.
2-Directional Marking and Signaling: These posts are designed to carry various signs and signaling devices for traffic signaling, directional marking, or road safety. These devices can be used to regulate traffic flow, mark hazardous areas, or direct pedestrians.
3-Mounting and Fixation Systems: Signal and direction posts feature special mounting and fixation systems to ensure the safe installation of signs and signaling devices. These systems facilitate the secure attachment and proper alignment of signs.
4-Height and Sizing: The height and size of signal and direction posts are determined to enhance the visibility of signs and effectively guide traffic flow. Posts are available in various heights and sizes to accommodate different traffic conditions.
SIGNAL AND DIRECTION POSTS (TAG POSTS)
The tag poles, which are produced to pass over the roads where the asphalt is not desired to be cut, are used on the roads with 2 or more lanes with heavy traffic.
Tag poles produced from hot-dip galvanized pipes with a pole diameter of 159 and a wall thickness of 5 mm have a height of 6 meters. Tag posts consist of 2 legs, known as struts, and 1 beam. Beams are produced in 2 pieces according to the length of the road. On tag poles, the feet are fixed to the ground with anchors.
