The limiter is adapted to work with any type of load (capacitive, resistive, inductive) such as compact fluorescent lamps, electronic transformers, LED lamps, but also standard incandescent lamps and heating devices.
Functioning
The correct operation of the power limiter is indicated by the green LED marked with the symbol “U”. The internal contact of the device is switched on and allows the connected receivers
to operate only if the total power consumed by these receivers does not exceed the value set on the device. Exceeding the set power value disconnects the internal contact and, as a result, disconnects the voltage from the connected receivers. This is indicated by the red LED marked with the symbol ” ” on the housing. The power supply will be switched on again after a set time of 10÷100 seconds. If the power consumed is still higher than the power set on the device, the circuit will be disconnected again. The shutdown is delayed by 2 s to avoid shutdown during momentary power surges.
